New and vintage items come from Los Angeles-based Alchemy Works and Apolis, and coffee comes from Vittoria's local Venice distributor. Flowerboy creates a relaxed "third place" environment where customers can get an espresso and a doughnut and either browse one-of-a-kind home decor pieces, skin-care products, and bouquets of fresh-cut flowers, or just sit and work, read, or catch up with friends.

Try the "Egg Zeppelin" topped with sausage, Tillamook cheddar, and aardvark aioli, or the "Free-Range Against The Machine" filled with fried egg, avocado, tomato, and Havarti cheese.

The menu is filled with modern classics, like the maple and bacon donut, as well as daring new favorites, such as the spiced Mexican chocolate and cayenne pecan "Bombshell" donut. They also make a handful of vegan and cake donuts.

　　The pair behind Glam Doll Donuts have been friends for 25 years and were inspired to create these "radical and comforting" flavors after years of working previous restaurant jobs. For its part, the shop's signature decor was inspired by vintage clothing racks and pin-up images.
